Customers describe a crew that shows up on time, works fast, and leaves the yard clean. Project managers keep owners updated and answer questions along the way. Most reviewers say the pricing felt fair or competitive. One reviewer had a large cost jump after the crew found more rotted wood under the old roof, and says the attic was not checked before the estimate.
Customers praise the team for friendly, careful work on lanai enclosures and window cleaning. Many say the finished glass looks new years later and the process ran smoothly. Several reviewers say the team stayed in touch through each phase, from planning and measuring to install.
Every reviewer describes the same experience: the team shows up on schedule, completes work quickly, and handles every detail with care. The owner or family members personally check jobs, staff communicate throughout, and the property stays clean. Pricing is described as fair and transparent; no one reports surprises or pushy sales. Multiple customers rehired them, and several credit the honesty of declining unnecessary work. Reviewers praise leak repairs for speed and accuracy, roof replacements for quality finish and efficient removal, and storm damage work for handling complex coordination (insurance, HOA, solar systems, original color matching). The business handles both residential and manages family properties across multiple jobs.
Technicians arrive punctually, work with care and knowledge, and leave the space clean and finished on schedule. A long-term customer base relies on them for drywall repair, door installation, and general handyman work across the Ocala to Apopka corridor, though a few note costs run steep and one reported warranty issues on past ceiling repairs. Staff answer phones promptly and proactively offer additional fixes during jobs. Named technicians like the team earned specific praise for speed and thoroughness. A five-year regular noted they outperform unreliable competitors and handle cleanup work others leave behind.
Most reviewers describe fast, tidy crews and a team that keeps homeowners informed. Several praise the price for the quality delivered. One recent 1-star review says the company added fees and waivers after signing, and says promises were not kept. Review evidence is mostly from roofing jobs, with siding detail limited.
Armor's responsiveness sets them apart: they return calls when larger firms won't, show up on time, and often complete jobs within days. Staff communicate clearly at every stage, from free estimates through follow-up, and charge fairly without surprises. The team takes pride in finishing cleanly and flagging future maintenance needs rather than upselling unnecessary work. Customers praise the team, and the team by name for managing everything from simple gutter fixes to complex multi-day roof replacements. Projects stay on schedule despite weather, crews protect surrounding areas during work, and the company honors its estimates with no hidden charges.
