Kevco Builders in Eustis gets strong praise from many owners who say the team was responsive and the finished homes looked great. Many of the most detailed reviews are harsh, though. They describe warranty claims left open, construction defects, and slow or missed communication during the build. Reviews are split, so read recent and detailed feedback closely before you sign.
Customers who hire this crew keep coming back to praise its speed and honesty. Reviewers say the team explains each step, sticks to quotes, and leaves the work site clean. Several reviewers say they have more jobs planned with the team.
Customers consistently report arriving on time, clean work, and honest communication. The team pairs quick turnarounds with solid craftsmanship on siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter work, often completing jobs in a single day and treating damage during repairs as part of the service. Reviewers cite Hardie board siding replacements, soffit and fascia work, gutter installations, and spot repairs as strengths. Prices are described as reasonable throughout a range of job sizes, from minor gutter fixes to full home exterior updates.
Review evidence is limited. Their website lists HVAC repair, replacement, and maintenance, plus appliance repair, air duct cleaning, and carpet cleaning services. They serve Leesburg and Lake County under the Sears Protect home warranty program.
