Siding installation and replacement covers stripping old vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or aluminum siding down to the sheathing, repairing any rot or water damage underneath, wrapping the house with new moisture barrier, and hanging new panels or boards. It's a bigger job than patch repair: it protects the framing from Florida's rain and humidity, changes the look of the house, and usually comes with warranties on both materials and labor. Eustis homes see a mix of vinyl, Hardie board, and older wood siding, so the right crew and the right material depend on your budget, the age of your house, and how much sun and storm exposure a given wall takes.
When comparing contractors, look at how they handle the details that don't show up in a sales pitch: do they check for rotted sheathing before covering it up, do they flash windows and doors properly, and do they pull permits when the job requires it. We built our scoring around licensing, insurance, how contractors respond to customer questions, and patterns across their reviews, so you can see who actually delivers past the estimate.

Reviewers say the team explains every step, answers questions patiently, and gives honest cost estimates up front. Many reviewers name the team as the person who guided them through inspections, quotes, and insurance questions. Several say the crew showed up on time and cleaned up after the work.
Work arrives on time with straightforward pricing and a team that treats each job with care and respect. Homeowners consistently report solid craftsmanship across kitchen and bathroom remodels, drywall repair, fixture installation, and vinyl siding work, with cleanup and communication before departure the norm. One customer's vinyl siding panel failed 45 days after installation, and repeated contact attempts to invoke the stated one-year warranty went unanswered. This accountability gap stands out sharply against the broader pattern of positive engagement.
